The Land Management Department is responsible and overseeing the land applications of the land ordinance of the Tule River Indian Tribe of California which was approved on February 19, 2009.
Land Management Department
Gathers, receive, maintains and storages all records pertaining to tribal lands.
Process all applications and determine the availability of the desired land for assignment.
Ensure a timely review of the assignment applications.
Establish procedures for validating existing assignments and processing applications for new assignments of tribal lands.
Accepting and posting notices, conducting surveys of lands identified applications for new and existing assignments etc.
We help tribal members find suitable locations for land assignment, filling of applications and process.
We also, work with other departments.
